Two became one in this residence that was transformed into a "Sunflower Retreat" designed by Naomi and painted by Brad.
When Missouri and Florida Move in together
Our newlywed clients wanted to create a space that reflected both of their personalities. They had a few pieces they had already purchased from Pottery Barn that they each selected which inspired the entire design. She loves sunflowers, farmhouse and a little bit of glam (She picked out the hall tree), he loves industrial metals and natural woods (He picked out the bar cabinet). They both love color, yoga and meditation.
They both selected this La-Z-Boy custom sectional in a navy colored performance fabric and the rest was up to Naomi! The sunflower painting paired with natural wood cut outs hung above the pieces they selected together tells a story of love and unity. After all, the sunflower is a symbol of loyalty and devotion. Trees are also a theme throughout the space room to room with branch legged tables and light fixtures. The organic shapes and warm colors create such a welcoming vibe.
